Bug reports
If something broke, the most helpful details are: your device and browser (or iOS/Android version), what you were doing when it happened, and — if it's a save or crash issue — whether you can still open the game. Screenshots help a lot.
Purchase & save help
There are no accounts or passwords, so purchase and save questions are handled by email. For a web purchase (like Remove Ads), include the email you used at Stripe checkout so it can be matched and restored. For save transfers, see Saves & Purchases.
